How are watch water resistance ratings classified? What scenarios are different water resistance ratings suitable for?

Suggested Answer: Our watches follow international standards for water resistance ratings, classified and applicable scenarios as follows:


30 meters water resistance (3ATM): Daily water resistance, can withstand splashes when washing hands and face, not for swimming or immersion.


50 meters water resistance (5ATM): Enhanced daily water resistance, can withstand short-term rain or shallow hand washing, not for swimming.


100 meters water resistance (10ATM): Suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and other water sports.


200 meters water resistance (20ATM): Suitable for diving, scuba diving, and other deep-water sports.


300 meters water resistance (20ATM): Suitable for deep-sea diving.


Note: Water resistance will weaken as the seals age; it is recommended to replace the seals regularly.


What's your MOQ?

Normally the MOQ is 500 pcs, accepted multiple models. Different materials and manufacturing in watches needs a higher MOQ. Contact us to get the accurate quotation.

What's your lead time and delivery time?

The lead time is 30-45 days. And the delivery time depends on the destination. Generally, the time shipping to the U.S is 7 days. We have professional shipping agents to choose the suitable carrier for you. Please contact us to get the updated shipping info.

What's your payment methods and terms?

We support T/T, Paypal, Alipay.

Do you have any discount for the first order?

Yes, we have a discount policy in a bulk order that we can offer a cash rebate equivalent to the sample fees you paid for the sample order.

Can you do the logo design?

Yes, we have in-house designers supplying logo design service for free. Contact us to get a design sketch.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you support sample orders?

Suggested Answer:

① We offer small-batch OEM customization. We have stock accessories for some styles, with a minimum order of 50 pieces. Your brand logo can be customized.

② For exclusive customization of stainless steel, titanium alloy, carbon fiber, crystal, etc., the minimum order quantity is usually 500 pieces/style.

③ The MOQ for customized styles is adjusted according to the complexity of the process. Sample orders are supported. Sample fees depend on sample specifications, design complexity, and specific quality standards. Please consult our sales representative for details.


How can I get a product quote?

Suggested Answer: You can contact our foreign trade team via email, WhatsApp, or phone, providing your desired product model, material requirements, order quantity, and customization needs. If you have your own design that requires complete customization, you can contact our foreign trade team to discuss this further. Once our sales representative has obtained all the details needed for a quote, they will prepare a quotation for you.

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services? What is the customization process?

Suggested Answer: We support full-process customization services for both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer). The customization process is as follows: ① Requirements communication (providing design sketches, parameters, or reference samples) → ② Solution design and quotation → ③ Confirmation of design draft and payment of prepayment → ④ Prototype production → ⑤ Sample confirmation → ⑥ Mass production → ⑦ Inspection and shipment.

How long after placing an order can production be arranged? What factors affect the production cycle?

Suggested Answer: After order confirmation and receipt of prepayment, the sample production cycle for regular styles is 25-40 working days, and for bulk orders, it is 45-60 working days; the specific timeframe will vary depending on the complexity of the customized style's craftsmanship. The production cycle is mainly affected by order quantity, the complexity of the customized process, the sourcing of scarce movements, and the company's order schedule. We will provide a detailed production schedule when the order is signed.

What payment methods are available? Do you support Letter of Credit (L/C) or prepayment + final payment settlement?

Suggested Answer: We support multiple international payment methods, including T/T wire transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal (for small orders), etc. For bulk orders, the default settlement method is prepayment + final payment; L/C settlement terms are negotiable and require a supplementary agreement signed by both parties.

How can I check the production progress of my order?

Suggested Answer: After your order is confirmed, we will assign you a dedicated foreign trade sales representative. You can contact the sales representative directly via email, WhatsApp, or phone to check the progress. We will also regularly send you production progress reports, including photos of the production process and the estimated completion time.

What watch movements do you offer?

Suggested Answer: We offer a variety of movement options, including Swiss movements (brands such as Sellita), Japanese movements (Citizen, Seiko, etc.), and high-quality movements such as Seagull tourbillons, which can be matched according to customer needs.

What is the product warranty period? What does the warranty cover?

Suggested Answer: We provide a 12-month warranty for all products. The warranty covers: functional problems (non-human-caused damage); Excluded from the warranty are: ① Human-caused damage (such as drops, water damage, scratches); ② Normal wear and tear (such as strap wear, aging of seals); ③ Malfunctions caused by failure to follow the instruction manual.

How much does repair service cost outside the warranty period?

Suggested Answer: For repair services outside the warranty period, we only charge the cost of parts + labor service fee. The specific cost is calculated based on the type of malfunction and the model of the parts. Repair process: Customer sends the watch back to us (shipping costs borne by the customer) → We diagnose the malfunction and provide a quote → After customer confirmation of the cost, we perform the repair → After the repair is completed, the watch is sent back to the customer (shipping costs borne by the customer).

Will the factory keep customer-customized designs confidential?

Suggested Answer: We strictly adhere to customer-customized design confidentiality agreements. All design drawings, samples, and technical parameters provided by customers are used solely for the production of that customer's order and will not be disclosed to any third party. You can rest assured.

How is product quality guaranteed? What is the quality inspection process?

① All our components undergo comprehensive appearance and functional quality inspection during and after production.


② The meter head also undergoes comprehensive appearance and functional inspection during and after assembly.


③ After the entire meter is assembled, we will conduct a full inspection again.


④ After packaging, we will conduct a second AQL inspection according to international standards.

What are the material options for the watch case and strap?

① Watch case materials include 316L or 904 stainless steel, titanium alloy, ceramic, carbon fiber, damask steel, G5 titanium, crystal, bamboo and wood, steel and wood, steel and marble, etc.
